Wolfie is a young very handsome guy. He was surrendered when his elderly owner had to go to a nursing home. He was not socialized in his 3.5 years and is use to one person.

When he came to rescue he was worried and very apprehensive. Understandable so! You had to approach him slowly. After a few days he started picking up the routine and a few tail wags happened.

After a few more days, Wolfie did show signs of protecting his foster mom when he was laying on her lap on the couch and the resident dachshund wanted to come up.  Otherwise they coexist fine. They do not play together though. 

His comfort zone is a quite home.  He is learning to go on car rides and walks and he loves it.   He would do best without kids. He is very much a couch dog and will snuggle with you once he knows you.  He is a very soulful dog. He follows foster mom from room to room.  He is full of tail wags for her.  He is housetrained, no accidents

A fenced yard is not required but is preferred.

He needs a forever home committed to continue with socialization.  He is on his way to learning that they can be fun.

He is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
