Wendell is such a sweet boy who loves to snuggle with his people.  He gets along with the resident doxies at his foster home and even plays with the youngest doxie!  The only thing Wendell doesn't like are dogs bigger than him, so we're looking for a home without bigger dogs (he doesn't even like dogs the size of a cocker spaniel).  Wendell was found as a stray so we don't know much about his past, but he is totally housetrained and will make his new family a great dog.  We're not sure how he'd be with kids, but respectful children would probably be fine.  Cats are untested but he does bark at the ones in the neighborhood.

Wendell had very few teeth when he arrived in rescue and those were very infected so they needed to be pulled.  Having no teeth doesn't bother him a bit, he eats soft food and treats.  Wendell is up to date on vaccines, is neutered and had a dental.  He is heartworm negative and has been checked for fecal parasites.
