What a total sweetheart! From day one this mini Double Dapple blind and deaf yougster has been a delight. He is quite friendly and gets around so well. We are looking for an adult only or adult with teenagers only forever family. Hugo does require special care:  no stairs or blocked stairs - ramps to furniture or carrying/lift him, clean - open space safe home and a fenced yard for him to run. Hugo is great with adults or older children - 15 up. No young children. Hugo needs a small canine buddy so that they can play together. That canine buddy must be gentle, very social - easy going, and non reactive to Hugo running up to them. Hugo Loves to follow his human around and snuggle so a family that is home more than gone is a must. Hugo does well with housetraining but you will have to be commited to setting up a schedule and being consistent. He does use a belly band when we are gone. Hugo is crate trained but does NOT do well in a crate. When you leave Hugo does well in an x-pen or gated area. At night we tuck Hugo in to his bed in an x-pen.

Hugo is a healthy neutered male that is up to date on vaccines - Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. His fecal and HW test were negative for parasites.
