Cinnamon (12 yo)  and Sage (6 yo) are a bonded pair of female dachshunds. They are spay, up to date on all vetting, and  both had a dental with no extractions!!!

They did not come into rescue under good conditions, they were left abandoned in a house. However,  after foster home had them a few days it is clear they were loved one time in their life.   Sage is the wiggle butt and quicker to warm up.  Cinnamon is reserved and takes a few days to get to know new people.  During the warm up period, she does not like to be picked up.  Cinnamon gets nervous when driving in a car. 

Both girls are housetrained.  In typical dachshund fashion, they will bark at noises or seeing someone through the fence.  Currently they sleep behind a baby gate at night and do fine.

They have not been cat tested.  They are okay with the resident doxies but do not play with them.  

They would do best with older kids-13 and up. A fenced yard is not required but will be our 1st preference.   NO tie outs or electric fences.

These girls are a lovely pair and want to go for walks and sit up on the couch with you to watch TV.
